Sheet pan dinners are a favorite of mine. This recipe for a supper sheet pan turkey sausage and roasted vegetables is on regular rotation in my house.
I am pretty sure that most of you reading this are like me. Cleanup is by far my least favorite kitchen activity.
We divide household chores between our family and my youngest son’s main household chore is kitchen cleanup. His cleanup mostly includes loading and unloading the dishwasher.
I do like to keep cleanup as simple as possible most of the time, and that is where sheet pan and one pot dinners are my BFFs.

Clean up is still super simple even without the paper.
Seriously, sheet pan dinners are the BEST!
Now back to the recipe for this super easy meal.
Before beginning to prepare the the sheet pan meal, preheat the oven to 400 F degrees
First, chop the yummy fresh vegetables. In this recipe, I used zuchini, broccoli, bell peppers and a red onion.
Next, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary, and salt.
Then slice the turkey kielbasa and spread evenly over the vegetables. Pop the sheet pan dinner into the oven and bake for twenty minutes.
Boom! All done and the cutting board and sheet pan are the only dirty dishes.
On the table in less than thirty minutes.
